Billing and Payment Information

Payments: All Services are prepaid and commence only after full payment. No credits or refunds for unperformed services.

Prepayment: You must ensure payment information is current and invoices are paid on time.

Fraud: Misuse or fraudulent use of any payment method is prohibited. Violations may be reported to authorities or financial institutions.

Pricing & Terms: We may modify pricing or terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website.

Online Payment Security

Personal information you provide is confidential. Credit/debit card data is encrypted and not stored on our website. Ensure your browser is secure before making payments.

System Updates

We may update the system at any time, which may affect functionality. No warranty is provided that updates are error-free. You are responsible for restoring any modified code.

Use of Customer's Name and Trademarks

RentSMMPanel owns the platform but does not claim rights over your trade names, trademarks, or uploaded data. With consent, we may use your name or website for promotional purposes.

Other Conditions

We reserve the right to terminate Services at any time.
Any insult towards RentSMMPanel staff or members may result in account termination.
We may remove content deemed unlawful, offensive, threatening, or infringing on third-party rights.
All sample data provided is for demonstration purposes. You are responsible for modifying it for your business.
We are not responsible for content uploaded by clients. Claims must be addressed directly to the client.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

Use Services for illegal purposes or beyond intended use.
Publish unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
Abuse or compromise the system.
Send spam or unauthorized promotional materials.
Create fake orders to manipulate the system.
Use unauthorized automated tools to access or extract data.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RentSMMPanel does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Services meet your goals.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall RentSMMPanel be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services.

Copyrights

RentSMMPanel respects intellectual property rights. Uploading content that infringes third-party copyrights is prohibited. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated under applicable law, including the DMCA.
